Enrollment Instructions

BCA's International Seminars are theme-based academic programs offered at BCA study centers around the world.

Enrollment Checklist

1. Complete Enrollment or Application Form
2. $50 Enrollment/Application Fee
3. Signed Agreement Release Form
4. Health Form

Eligibility The BCA International Seminars are academic programs and participants should be faculty and/or administrators at an institution of higher education. 

Payment

Participants and/or their sponsoring institutions will be invoiced for the full seminar fee upon acceptance.  Payment of 50% of the fees should be received by BCA April 15.  All seminar fees must be received from participants and/or their sponsoring institutions by May 15.  Personal, university, certified check, or money order must be made payable to BCA.

Withdrawal and Refund Addition Cancellations are effective only upon receipt of written notification.

• If written notification of withdrawal is received by BCA more than 90 days in advance of the program start date, the full seminar fee will be refunded, less any expended costs and the $50 application fee.
• If written notification of withdrawal is received by BCA between 90 and 31 days in advance of the program start date, 75% of the seminar fee will be refunded, less any expended costs.
• If written notification of withdrawal is received by BCA between 30 and 21 days in advance of the program start date, any recoverable costs will be refunded.
• If written notification of withdrawal is received by BCA within 20 days in advance of the program start date, there will be no refund.

Note:  No partial refunds will be given for unused meals, hotel rooms, airport transfers or excursions for any reason.

Seminar Cancellation In the event that a seminar is cancelled due to low enrollment, participants will be notified and given the opportunity to switch to another BCA seminar.
