Recommended four semesters of college-level French for semester and year programs. (Six semesters for the internship track.)

University of Strasbourg, which is composed of three universities:
- Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Strasbourg (IEP)—Political science, economics and history
- Ecole de Management (formerly IECS)—Business and economics

Academic Calendar
BCA Strasbourg operates on a semester system. Students can apply for fall semester, spring semester or the full year. Strasbourg's three universities operate on slightly different academic calendars, so please check dates carefully.
Housing
Host families, university housing or student boarding houses
Orientation
The BCA program begins with a three-day orientation, during which students learn about the university, meet with BCA advisors and move into their housing. Before regular classes start, all BCA fall semester students take a four-credit Stage course, which is a review of the French language combined with studies in literature, European institutions, history or media.
